1. 90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY All products purchased at Velume include a 90-day limited warranty from the delivery date of the order. This warranty covers exclusively: ✅ Products received damaged or non-functional upon delivery. ✅ Manufacturing defects. ✅ Receipt of an incorrect variant, model, color or product compared to the confirmed order. ✅ Incomplete products due to logistical error.
To activate the warranty, the customer must contact our team within the indicated period, providing:
- Order number.
- Photos or video of the product.
- Detailed description of the incident.
Velume reserves the right to verify the incident before approving any replacement or refund.
2. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS The warranty does not cover: ❌ Damage caused by misuse. ❌ Drops, impacts, humidity, heat exposure or incorrect handling. ❌ Normal wear and tear. ❌ Unauthorized modifications. ❌ Commercial, professional or negligent use. ❌ Damage occurring after delivery.
3. RETURN CONDITIONS For a return to be accepted, the product must mandatorily meet the following conditions: ✅ Unused. ✅ In perfect condition. ✅ In original packaging. ✅ Including original accessories, manuals and components. ✅ No signs of use, handling or deterioration.
Velume reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. RETURN REQUEST DEADLINE Requests must be made within 14 calendar days after the delivery of the order, except for incidents covered by the 90-day limited warranty.
5. REFUNDS Once the product has been received and inspected, and after verifying that it meets the indicated conditions, Velume will process, as appropriate:
- Full refund.
- Product replacement.
- Variant exchange.
- Store credit.
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within an estimated period of 5 to 14 business days, depending on the financial institution.
6. UNAUTHORIZED SHIPMENTS Velume does not accept returns sent without prior approval from our support team.
7. CONSUMER LEGAL RIGHTS Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory legal rights that may correspond to the consumer under applicable legislation in their jurisdiction.
